Wood is a natural material and may display variations in grain, colour, and texture. These variations are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
Environmental Conditions
Wooden doors may react to environmental conditions such as humidity, moisture, and temperature changes. Elemental Doors will not be responsible for damage, warping, swelling, or movement caused by exposure to moisture, excessive humidity, direct sunlight, or unsuitable site conditions.
Installation
Doors supplied by Elemental Doors must be installed by qualified installers or contractors. Elemental Doors will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation.
Storage
Doors must be stored flat in a dry environment before installation. Improper storage may result in damage or distortion.
Measurements
Customers and contractors are responsible for ensuring all measurements are correct before placing an order.
Site Conditions
Doors should not be installed in areas where plastering, painting, or wet building processes are still underway.
