Refund & Returns Policy

Elemental Doors (Pty) Ltd

Returns may be considered if a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if an incorrect product was supplied.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customised or specially manufactured doors cannot be returned unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Products must remain in their original condition until inspected.

Refunds will only be processed once returned products have been inspected and confirmed as defective or incorrect.
